Poderi Boscarelli Description
For the Vino Nobile of our day, this estata represents
a point of reference for quality, a prerogative that Poderi Boscarelli
has had ever since the beginning of its activity, at the end of 1960s.
Today, the estate is runned by Paola de Ferrari Corradi and her sons Luca
and Nicola who are projecting the winery towards the future. The property
extends over a total of 18 heactares, 13 and half of which are vinyards,
3 to olive groves and the rest to oak woods. The overall annual production
is about 70,000 bottles, divided among vintage Vino
Nobile and Vigna del Nocio
reserve, Boscarelli and De Ferrari "Igt",
both with a Sangiovese base. The vinsanto, grappa and extravirgin olive
oil are appreciated just as much as the wines are.
